Safari

It really is a 'jungle out there' sometimes! If you have a water brush, yank that baby out and get to work on creating! It's so much fun to paint stamped images with ink. It's just like coloring! For this piece, I used stamps WS-128 and JB-049. These stamps give you a great opportunity to create a piece that you can finish off by adding texture from various materials.

After stamping with Archival ink, heat set with an embossing heat tool. Using a small amount of the Distress ink refills and the water brush, paint the stamped image to the desired look. Dry again with the heat tool. Distress the edges and finish off with using Distress ink with an ink blender.

Be sure to check out these stamps and more in the catalog!
Third Coast Stamps used:
WS-128-C, Safari
JB-049-O, African Antelope Collage

Either way we're going out west. There's nothing easy about that. First round, right off the hop, it's pretty demanding travel-wise and that's something that we realize but that's just unfortunate, us being in the Eastern Time zone and playing in the Western Conference.
