Gentleman Skeleton

Hi Everybody!  Hope you are enjoying another beautiful autumn day like I am.  Only 24 more days until Halloween!  Yay!!

I love everything about this card and the combinations are wonderful.
Love the paper, ribbon stamp, and the little tags. That is what I wanted to ask...can you tell me if the number 31 is a stamp and if so who makes it?
