Let It Snow!!

Here in Indiana we had our very first measurable snowfall of the season this week.
It started on Sunday evening and snowed most of the night.
We woke up with a beautiful sparkling layer of snow on everything :)

It just so happens that the Third Coast Challenge for this week has to do with Winter/Snow as well ~ Baby It's Cold Outside - Winter Theme!  There is a twist though...you are asked not to use any Santa/Christmas themed stamps in your creation!

Well, I had to think a bit and here's what I came up with....

Stamps by Third Coast Rubber Stamps:
My Pumpkin (little witch) VB-292-H;
Let It Snow WS-079-C;
A Little Snack (snowman's hat modified to fit the little witch/girl) CM-111-S

Now, I did a little playing around with stamps for this card.  I wanted to really challenge myself on the stamps I used so I decided to use "My Pumpkin" little witch for the main image...  She originally had a little witch hat on and is holding a pumpkin.  Well, I snipped off the hat and cut a hat off of the snowman from the stamp "A Little Snack".  I snipped a bit here and folded it a bit there to make it fit her head.  I then rough cut a circle for her to hold and covered the pumpkin.  To really help her transformation I gave her little pink tights and colored her dress blue.

So, now it's your turn!  You've got until the 19th to post your creation for your chance to win a $25.00 GC. to Third Coast Stamps!

Good Luck Everyone
and
Happy Winter!!
